What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Protege 4.1 (from http://protege.stanford.edu/download/protege/4.1/osx/protege-4.1-beta.220.zip).
2. Start Protege 4.1 and open an ontology. Install FaCT++ 1.5.2 when prompted by the automatic updater.
3. Restart Protege and try opening an ontology. FaCT++ complains about missing libraries.
OS/X 10.5.8
