Fact++ in protege 5 RC1 crashes when classifying this ontology

Hi Alan,

The issue here is stack overflow. On Windows 10 after adding "-Xss16M" to the Java command lineI can classify the ontology in under 2 seconds. Could you please test whether increasing stack size fix the problem for you?

Yes, that fixes it. Perhaps you could convince the protege people to have this setting be the default? Thanks!

The default stack size is increased in Protege 5.0.0 RC2

Fixed by increasing Protege default stack size to 16M (Protege/issue #434)
