Issue #367 new

Clone get progressively slower and then aborts

Anonymous created an issue

Hi,

I'm trying to clone https://svn.resiprocate.org/rep/resiprocate, which has ~10000 revisions. The first 3000 come down in around hour, then it starts to pause for longer and longer every 200th revision or so, and fails round r5000.

I'm using latest version of everything from a few days ago - Mercurial (2.3.2), TortoiseHG (2.5.1), hgsubversion (r957) - and running on Windows XP SP3.

Sam.

What happens if you 'hg pull' into a repo instead of a clone, and restart that process every 1000 revisions so it doesn't bog down?
