Filenames with accents, windows

Issue #443 wontfix

created an issue

Under windows when I clone an svn repository which contains filenames with accented letters, I get on disk files with wrong names (ex. é.txt, becomes é.txt).
This is because svn encodes filenames in utf-8 (regardless of the original filename encoding) and hg handles filenames as byte arrays.
Knowing that is should be rather easy for hgsubversion to convert filenames from svn's utf-8 to utf-16 (windows filename encoding) i.e. just before converting the svn commit to hg commit.
I already tried using fix-utf8 and that's not the solution because the only problem is the filename encoding
