Files copied from outside the cloned root fail

Issue #76 wontfix
Martijn Pieters created an issue

When cloning a path within a subversion repository where a revision includes a copied file from another part of the same repository, cloning fails.

For example, if you clone /foo/bar, and a revision includes a file copied wholesale from /spam/eggs, hgsubversion reports:

{{{
abort: ("File not found: revision 123, path '/foo/bar/trunk/somefile'", 160013)
}}}

Presumably this can happen with a moved file as well.

    Hrm, I can't seem to create a simple reproducable test for this, and the particular svn repo for which this occurs is private, so I'll have to close this for now.

    Rediscovered bug on the Nmap repo at svn://svn.insecure.org/nmap. Guest repo is guest / "" (or, if that changes, updated information should be available at http://nmap.org/book/install.html#inst-svn )

    Currently fails with:

    abort: ("File not found: revision 7576, path '/nmap/mswin32/OpenSSL/bin/libeay32.dll'", 160013)

    Subversion 1.4.2 package from CentOS 5.4 x86_64. The exact rpm is: subversion-1.4.2-4.el5_3.1
