Number fields not working

while text type fields seems to work fine, number fields for some weird reason simply doesn't work - the plugin simply doesn't do anything when i choose "age".

another small issue: the last field always adds extra "_" char in the toolbar. so in my example above i see "nu_" in the toolbar select options
