Page activity loses scroll #2

I believe this is a repeat of Issue #88 but for some reason I couldn’t upvote or comment that one.

Steps to Reproduce as reported by one of our students:

1. Click into videos.
2. Full screen a Youtube video.
3. Exit the fullscreen video.
4. It will not allow you to continue scrolling through the videos below.
