Anchors not jumpable
By appending #anchorname
to the URL you usually are able to jump to a certain HTML element in the course. This is often used to send users directly to the part of especially bigger courses where they are supposed to find something.
Other course formats which generate the course page via php can offer this ability. format_tiles however loads the main parts of the course by JS afterwards, so at the time the browser tries to jump to the HTML element with id=anchorname
oder name=anchorname
the element usually does not yet exist.
Jumping to a specific anchor should also work in format_tiles

I would like to see fix for this also. I have added the anchor like this [root]/course/view.php?id=58§ion=1#event-fd and it jumps to the item successfully but most frequently opens it as a single section instead of the Tile modal view. However that behaviour is inconsistent - on my local site it sometimes opens as modal and sometimes it doesn't open at all

I sent a PR fixing this: https://bitbucket.org/dw8/moodle-format_tiles/pull-requests/19/mbs-6096-make-anchors-jumpable
