Exception when trying to navigate to individual sections in edit mode

In Moodle 4, when switching into edit mode, all sections are displayed on one page.

If I now click on a section name in the course index (or in the breadcrumbs when viewing an activity), the following error appears:

Exception - format_tiles\output\courseformat\content\sectionnavigation::__construct(): Argument #2 ($navigation) must be of type core_courseformat\output\local\content\sectionnavigation, int given, called in [dirroot]/course/format/classes/output/local/content.php on line 104
