Loosing navigation within sections & Actions menu with Moove Theme

It appears that the Moove theme does not show the “Back to course” link or the Actions menu when enrolled as a Teacher inside an activity. This makes it impossible for teachers to get into editing the activity unless they back out and have editing on. This only happens for the Teacher role, administrators can see these elements. It is not specific to activity type.
