Tiles format doesn't adapt images to the tile icon with the same name.

*DESCRIPTION*
There is an error in the "Tiles" course format, when you upload in the section icon an image with the same name as the previous image, it is not modified, it keeps the first one.

*STEPS TO REPLICATE*

Create course with Tiles format.
Create a Tile or section.
Edit tile or section loading an image in the icon.
Edit again loading a different image with the same name as the previous image.

OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
The new image is not adopted/displayed on the tile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
it adapts/displays the new image.

This behavior is observed in the graphic themes Snap, Boost and Classic

*CLIENT IMPACT*
The client must constantly change the names of the images so that they are adopted in the icon.
