Opening Activities in external windows

The Problem that was resolved for LTI in https://bitbucket.org/dw8/moodle-format_tiles/issues/67/ persists for other activities that use the onclick attribute to open in a new Tab. A more general solution to the Problem would be preferable.

Apologies for not coming back sooner. A more general fix which should work for other activities was just added to the Moodle 4.3 beta, and the same code will be rolled out to 4.1 and 4.2 in coming weeks. (This was done in response to another variation of this problem under issue #94)
