Bulk edit feature not working

With moodle 4.2.1+ and boost theme, or Boost Union theme, the new feature “Bulk edit” content doesn’t work. It is available in the header of the course and you can activate it and you can select items but the div with the bulk edit option is not showed (Select all / Availavility / Duplicate / Move / Delete).

In the Topics format, for example, there is a div sticky-footer at the end of the page (capture1.png) that doesn't exists in Tiles format (capture 2.png)

Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in the next major release for 4.3 due early next month (which will also be compatible with 4.2)

Marking as resolved since this is included in the latest 4.3 beta release which is planned to be rolled out to 4.1/4.2 after 4.3 testing is complete
