bulk edit does not work with maker-theme

Hello!

We use the tiles format in combination with the maker theme.
The items are dispayed twice and the navigation cannot be closed.

Please can you fix that?

Thanks for the report. There is a non theme specific ticket for this issue 168 which is being fixed in the next major release for 4.3 due early next month (which will also be compatible with 4.2). Hopefully that will also fix it with maker theme
