Hello,
We are using moodle version: 4.1.5 (Build: 20230814) PHP Version 8.0.28 and plugin version: 4.1.0.2 2023030500

We get the following error when adding content to the course. The content is always saved but with an error massage.
Any idea what’s causing the issue?

Thanks for the report. Is your plugin customised? The reason I ask is that the stack trace above refers to file /course/format/tiles/classes/output/courseformat/content/sectionselector.php which does not exist in the public code for the version you mention
