When the language is Utf-8 based the editing menu of a resoure is partly hidden

Hello' this is wonderful course format but when the Moodle (4.1) is with an utf-8 based language (such as Arabic or Hebrew) the edit menu can't be seen, most of it is hidden.

Is there a solution for that? or at list a css fix?

The latest version of the plugin on moodle.org now includes a fix for 4.3, and the plan is to roll out that same code to Moodle 4.1 and 4.2 in coming weeks. It doesn't change the action menu as these come from core but gives you more room on the left to see the menu contents. Thanks for the report!
