Icons for external plugins not displayed

With version 4.3.0.6 BETA (2024020403) the icons of external plugins like H5P (hvp plugin) are not displayed. Instead you just get a white square.

Thanks for the report Matthias. It this the plugin you are using? https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_hvp/versions If yes, which version and which theme?

In my local using the latest plugin version and Boost, Moove or Adaptable theme, I see the icons as expected.

That’s the correct plugin (HVP v 1.26.1). The theme I use is Boost.

The problem first appeared when I installed the Tiles BETA version 202402403 and consists with the latest update version 202402600. However with the previous version 2023060200 for Moodle 4.2 there is no such problem.

I could replicate the problem by deinstalling Tiles and reinstalling first the older version (which works) and then the newer version (which breaks the icons).

Maybe important to know, the icons only break in the course overview, in a single activity the icons are properly displayed.

As our installation makes use of a variety of plugins, it could be a side effect with another plugin. But then it worked with the old version.

I hope that this will help to find out what’s going on.
