Video playing in Tile stops when user visits another tab and returns (Moodle 4.1)

When a video is playing in a Tile, it stops playing and returns to the start of the video when a user visits another tab and returns to the tab with the Tile playing the video. The user then needs to click play again to play the video. It appears like the contents of the Tile are refreshed when a user returns to the tab (Moodle 4.1)

Thanks for the report. The latest 4.3 beta (planned to be rolled out to 4.1/4.2 in coming weeks) has some video changes which should resolve this, so marking as resolved but please feel free to re-open if issue persists after next 4.1 release
