Overlapping Header and Tiles

Hi David,

I just testet the Version 3.7.0.8 (RC) with Moodle 3.5.6.

Problem:

There is a overlapping when the tiles are animated and moves to the top of the site.

Maybe it would be a solution to integrate an admin setting for the titles coure format plugin in order to define an offset to the top (in pixel). E.g:

Offset to top: 50 px
