Activity indent does not work while sub tiles not in use

With other course formats there is option to intend activities which can be good visual cue for learners at times.
Intend is located when Edit mode on > Activity menu (three point icon) > Move right

For some reason indenting activities in Tiles format does not work while it would be useful.
With other formats like Topics, Collapsed topics etc. indentation works as intended.
