Unable to access drop-down menu options for activities and resources in Safari (v. 14)

In Moodle 3.7, with the format_tiles installed and working as expected, using Safari 14 (macOS 10.15.7), I can’t access any of the drop-down menu elements related to a resource or activity.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Safari, log in the Moodle platform;
2. Access a course in the Tiles format;
3. Turn editing mode on;
4. Deploy or access the contents of one of the tiles;
5. The elements in the “Edit” drop-down menu are available, but clicking on them doesn’t produce anything.

This is not resolved by first clicking on one of the Tiles title to display only this tile.

Hi, I have a similar problem. This happens when I have an empty label below an activity (both are hidden or only activity above is hidden). When I try to edit the activity above the label, some of the options are not clickable. I am using moodle 3.9.17 from chrome.
