Make backdrop optional when opening sections

Currently, when a section is open, users are prevented from using any navigation links apart from the ones inside the section. This requires users to close a section in order to navigate to a different moodle page. It would be great to make this backdrop optional, so that opening/closing tiles only affects the course page itself and not the navigation around it.
