will there be a new version soon?

Hello,

we recently had some troubles with the tiles format and found out, that the last version of from 6th of August 2020, although there have been many commits in the last year. Is it safe to download the most recent master branch, or will there be a new version soon?

Hi Robert the latest version on moodle.org is from February 2021 (Moodle 3.8 or higher) - see https://moodle.org/plugins/format_tiles/versions

There will be another version coming in the next month which will be tested with the new Moodle 3.11, and probably also with 3.10 and 3.9

Hello,

you should update the version number when uploading a new version of the plugin. Moodle itself checks for the version number and does not show the updated, if you do not change it!
