Navigation for Users

I like the tiles format and this is really a fast and intuituve way to work with moodle. In editing you can navigate with arrows, but a user have to append

&section=1&singlesec=1

to the adress of the course to get this already built in navigation (see screenshot)

Would it be possible to make this availabe e.g. to select in course settings?
