Tiles missing after upgrade

Hello

We upgraded our Moodle site from 3.9.2 with Tiles 3.9.0.13 and updated the Moodle to 3.9.10+ and Tiles 3.11.1.3.

Upon loading up the course that should display the tiles, the course displays nothing at all - completely blank, although the sections on the left are still in the menu.

Hi David,

We had the same issue upgrading from 3.9 to 4.0.1. It took a lot of work to create the tiles again for all content.
We now upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 and experienced the same issue again. We now reverted a backup so we have our tiles back, but this is blocking us from updating to later versions.

Do you have any idea how this is possible and how we can fix this?
