adding an option for a subtitle

I've got a requirement for showing a short description or subtitle below the title on the main tiles (not sub tiles). It would be just a short text, not a complete summary.

Would you accept a merge request that adds: - a plugin setting to enable this (default: false) - an extra field in the edit form when editing a section - displaying the subtitle under the title in a tile - minor addition in stylesheet to display this cleanly.

When you don't change settings in admin setting, all behavior would be the same.

I can create this change for you, I would just need it merged.
