watch face comes up as the digital watch face on vivoactive

vivoactive version 4.5 garmin connectapp - just updated to 4.10.0.15 have deleted big time app and reinstalled multiple times and still comes up as the stock digital watch face. i have changed the watch face to the digital watch face thinking that it may be "misnamed" but no such luck.
The is the only watch face that i use. Have tried others since I cannot seem to get this one to work now and none others are nearly as good. email address: [e-mail]. Please let me know if you need more info and thank-you for your efforts!!
