Configuration issues

It's working well on my Vivoactive once configured, however to get it to show the activity tracker, the date in the correct format and using kcal I need to ensure that I set those (i.e. change them from another value) to my preference on the last change. If I get them right, then go back in to the settings just to change the font then the settings looking right in Connect on Android but the watch defaults those other settings.

Sorry but s still bit confused as to what the problem is. Is it the initial configuration? Or every time you change the settings?

Can it be reproduced? If so how?

Could you please check what version of Garmin Express you are using?

Please ensure you are using Garmin Express version 4.1.11.0 or later.

Thanks for the addition of options. I've not tried the settings using laptop/express yet. I have tried the Android app and it seems to randomly change something each time I change a setting, eg remove day and activity tracker disappears. Change date format, but font changes. Had to uninstall/reinstall to get back to scratch. Running on Vivoactive with latest software. Thanks again

Thank you for the information. Once you uninstalled and reinstalled BigTIme does it work as it should?

Tried it through twice and was activating things randomly each time despite the uninstall/reinstall. When I left the settings alone it works fine. Running the android app on an LG G3 running lollipop. Have just tried it with Express on my laptop and everything worked fine first time thumbs up, thanks

So you are saying changing the settings via the Garmin app on the phone doesn't work but changing them via Garmin Express on the laptop is fine? I'll report that back to Garmin. Thank you. What version of the Garmin app on the phone are you using?

That's correct, not just your watchface. I tried SC4 just to see how the settings worked when I first saw people implementing them a few weeks back and had a similar issue. GCM build version 3.1.2

Garmin have admitted that this problem is caused by how they have implemented the settings option. They are fixing so closing this ticket.
