cant download from connect iq and cant istall it

hello i updated my garmin 920xt and try to download again the watchface big time but it says that i need to update it, i have the version 6.10, also tried to install it via garmin express but it does not work

if i istall it from the cloud i cant manage it, does not work on my 920 xt also thanks

Hi, I am pretty sure that has nothing to do with the BigTime watch face. I think the problem is with Garmin. I would contact them.
