Can't download APP even after updating 920XT via Garmin Express

Hi, Even after Garmin Express says my device is up to date, I still can't download the App. I tried downloading another face for the watch and no problem. This is the message I get every time I try to download Bigtime:

"This app requires an update of your Garmin Forerunner 920XT. Please use Garmin Express to update your Garmin Forerunner 920XT."

This is a problem with your device not BigTime. Please contact Garmin.
