Hi I have the same problem on my FR 920xt.

"Anonymous created an issue 2016-07-20 I used this outstanding app since the first day i bought this garmin. Yesterday i switched for fun to the fallout game face.. i said.. omg i miss the old 1 so bad.. so i used the garming express app to download and install BigTime back. I've done it so many times now.. it won't show up for more than a blink of an eye then turn back to the standard of the Forerunner 920XT. I turned the garmin off\on, still nothing"
