Battery value never goes above 97% (even when being 100%)

The baterry value on BigTime never goes above 97%, even when the watch is charged up to 100%. Video showing the case linked bellow

Hi, this is a known issue with the semi round watches. It is a 'fault' of the device not BigTIme. If you take at the Garmin forums and search for this issue you will see that it happens for lots of other apps too. It's been like that since the devices first came out. All I can suggest is to contact Garmin
