Garmin Express settings page cryptic

In Garmin Express, BigTime shows a series of drop down lists with no description, just cryptic names like acttck_1, opt_kckj_kj, etc. Some things are obvious, like datafield_floors_climbed. There are also a series of these with opt_no / opt_yes. What features do these and many of the other settings lists control?
