icon indicators when backlight on disappear

not sure if this is by design or not , it isn't a big deal but wanted to mention it incase it was a bug. when the backlight is off, i see the 2 separator indicators between teh time. i.e. 12:52 (the colon). i don't have seconds enabled which i think that is where it is done, but anyway, when the backlight comes on, those disappear.

as a further update, it only disappears when the backlight comes on from when the wrist is down and you bring it up and the backlight engages.. if the backlight goes off and i press the button to turn it back on those indicators don't disappear, only when it does it automatically. FYI.
