reporter Thank you, I was fairly certain that was the case. I had set all my watch settings, then installed BigTime, customized BigTime, updated and sync'd multiple times, yet it still was not displayed in 24 hour. I will keep trying with the watch settings.

The 12/24 hour option is something you set on the watch and NOT in BIgTimes settings. BigTime will show 12/24 hour depending on how we’ve set it in the watch
