When a new test file is added, clean caches for the test

So far the caches are not cleant upon addition of a new test file which leads to incorrect display of aggregation tables until the caches are updated. It is required to clean the caches when a new file is added.

Also clean caches when baseline checkbox value is changed for a test run.
