Support for relative folder.

I want to be able to put my roms, apps (including romcenter) and metadata on an external disk hooked on an esata disk base. This way, I can configure and update on my personal machine est move the disk, once done, on my arcade machine. This to be able to get more performances than a network share and also, to be able to bring it anywhere and plug it on any PC as the disk base supports esata and USB 3.

Tried to configure relative paths in RC 4.0 RC 2, it does not support it. At least, not in "Select source datafile" as it gives an argumentexception.
