Unusable if database file is deleted.

My database file as been deleted (mame64.rdt). After launching RC and trying to activate the tab corresponding to the database file, it gives me "File ...\mame64.rdt not found", this is ok.

Then, I try to close the database by clicking on the "x" of the tab corresponding to the database. A dialog tell me the database will be removed from RC. This is ok.

What is not ok is, if I confirm the latest message, it gives me a RcFileNotFoundException because mame64.rdt is not found and do nothing else. The tab is still there and unusable.

I will install a fresh version and start from scratch.
