v4.0.0 RC3 doesn't start if the root dir has # character in the dir name

As the topic says, last version refuse to start if you start the program within a folder which has the "#" character in the name: the program will stuck and never open. If you remove the "#" character from the source directory's name, the program will starts without problems.
