Show more detailed progress when fixing files.

When fixing files, it would be useful if some more detailed progress was shown (i.e. Fixing file X of Y) in the center of the screen instead of the default “please wait” message. The progress bar in the status bar (bottom-right corner) is nice but not easily noticeable.
