Rearrange ribbon buttons

In order to have the same look, perhaps the order and size of rompath ribbon buttons should be the same as the database ones (new/add, open, update/refresh, cleanup/reload, close). What needs to be done is to swap the “open” and “close” buttons in rompath section and make the “close” a little larger.
