Roms not recognized and labeled as missing even though they are present

Using the corresponding plugin, romcenter still claims beta/sample/revision games are missing from the SNES rom set I tested. I have the roms in question but romcenter refuses to recognize them against the latest No-Intro dat.

Example: Universal Soldier (USA) (Proto) and 129 more roms.
