Can't convert Tosec dats with Romcenter 4

I downloaded the full release of Romcenter 4 and wanted to open some Tosec dats, downloaded from tosecdev.org. They are in .dat format, so I click on "new", select the datafile, click "create".

Romcenter starts creating the database, but then stops with an error message "Error: The underlying provider failed on Open". I never had that error with the beta versions of RC4.

Thank you for the report. Does it happen each time ? or with a specific dat? Can you provide this dat? Can you provide a log file (C:\ProgramData\romcenter\romcenter_xml.log) ?
