Issue with RomCenter processing compressed files

Not sure exactly what is the issue here. For some background, I'm using RomCenter with PlayStation (.bin/.cue) files archived with 7-Zip at max compression. (Note that this is not from within RomCenter, because RomCenter's max compression level is still lower than 7-Zip's)

Here is the command-line used to produce the files that are causing this bug:

'C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe' a -mx9 1Xtreme (USA) 1Xtreme (USA) (Track 1).bin ... 1Xtreme (USA) (Track 8).bin 1Xtreme (USA).cue

obviously I'm not gonna type out the entirety but that's the gist. I've noticed that it doesn't matter if the archives have 1 or more tracks in them, and it doesn't happen in every instance.
