Error: The underlying provider failed on Open

Hello,

I've searched through the forums but I'm not finding an actual " fix". I'm running Romcenter 4.0.1.

• Issue- After loading a .dat file, I select the location as the same where my .dat file is located. I choose the region specifics and then select " Create". As soon as I " create" the error appears: " The underlying provider failed on Open"

No other option is available. Message view shows:

Above you'll see the .dat file I'm using. I've removed/ reinstalled. Same error message. I've also installed the " portable" option so I can create a folder and then run the .exe file but that does not open at all. I'm running Windows 10 via Parallels

Is there any reason why this error continues? Any help would be appreciated.

Should be resolved in version 4.2
