TSX plugin fails in Romcenter 4

The TSX plugin that works well in version 3 fails in version 4, it only recognizes 368 files out of 385. The dat can be downloaded from "http://tsx.eslamejor.com/dat.php" and the files can be downloaded from "http://tsx.eslamejor.com/"
