"Move selected items to another location" too slow

Moving 500+ file to another folder takes a lot of time, compared with moving or copying from windows, each file take aprox 1.5 sec to move, and on every movement all the UI views and grids are updated, By experience updating all the the UI controls on every processed item slows down the process.
