"[4.1.1]NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object" on tab close

Open RC. I had one DB loaded from a previous session. When i clicked on the tab, it asked for conversion. I replied “no” and then i tried to close the tab. The result was the crash message reported in the title of this report. The same crash happens if i try to directly close the tab without activating it.

Got the same. Had to edit user.config manually and remove the entries.

Same here… Every time you try to close a tab without opening it first, it crash.
