Xain'd sleena not working on mame emulator? also not working on RG351 handheld?

Hi Dears,

I am trying to run Xain'd Sleena on my RG351P handhelod ( Using retroarch) but it failed while loading!!

Also I tried to run it using mame emulator in Pc but it said it missing some component,
could you please help in the two issue because It is my favorite classic game when I was a child

You miss the M68705P5 device. This is displayed in romcenter as red rom.
