When creating a new file, automatically fill the database filename from dat file

When a new database is created, it would be nice if there was a button to set the database name to be the same as the "get data from" filename (without the path and extension of course). In case of ".dat" file selection, this would be great. In case of an ".exe" selection (emulator) it might not be so useful but it would be up to the user to edit the database name if he wishes.

It would also help, when the database filename contains no path, the file to be generated in the "datas" folder and not in the romcenter installation folder.
